PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
At 1 Million Boutique we strive to be constantly bringing in new, fresh, and unique styles on a biweekly basis to provide our customers with new arrivals daily. Due to the high demand of our products, our items sell out very quickly. On occasion, certain items displayed on on our site may no longer be in stock, display of an particular item or size online is not a guarantee that the item is available. In the event that a customer purchases an item which is no longer in stock, we will refund you for the entirety of that item plus any applicable shipping charges. Should you have any questions concerning the availability of a particular item, please contact our customer service department for assistance.
DISPLAY
We strive to display our products in our pictures as accurate as possible. Customers may also contact us for more information regarding products prior to their purchase. However, due to various factors, such as your computer monitor’s size and capabilities, may affect what you see on your screen. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for the display of any color, texture or detail of its merchandise on your computer or phone screen.
SHIPPING
We use USPS shipping. Items are processed and ship out in 24-48 BUSINESS hours (Monday-Friday) after order is received and take 2-3 business days to be delivered. Puerto Rico residents may receive their package in one business day. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to the holidays, and or bad weather.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Since the customer will receive tracking information via email when the label is created, tracking information is not available right at the moment of purchase and takes 1-2 days or sooner for the customer to receive it.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
1 Million Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
RETURN
Absolutely no refunds will given. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR CHANGES.
